Alex has been a therapeutic musician for over 27 years, working with antique sacred ritual and folk instruments and also modern overtone emitting instruments.

Fully qualified and insured Alex studied under Suren Shrestha and Mangal man Mahajan in more recent years, discovering the truth about Himalayan sound therapy and the symbolism behind it.
Alex practices the theory that all instruments in the chosen group should be played as one instrument. A group of gongs consisting of several different notes should be played as one instrument, likewise with all, played from the heart, with compassion and positivity at the fore-front of intent by balancing male & female, light & dark for the good of all beings.
Variations in therapeutic music that is based on original themes that come from the heart of the musician, is different each time it is played because the musicians' mood is changeable and the participants are likewise, changeable. The musician and participants are joined and also joined to the planet and the cosmos. All are changeable but all are one.
